The Social Work Collection

The Social Work collection is split between the 7th floor of the Wells Library Research Collections, the Information Commons/Undergraduate Services Core Collection, and the Information Commons/Undergraduate Services Reference Collection. In addition, many pertinent materials can also be found in the HPER Library. To access materials and determine their location, use IUCAT.

Areas of emphasis in the collection are child welfare, poverty, policy analysis, program evaluation, community development, and faith-based welfare. Works on animal welfare, emergency management, and safety are excluded. Works on refugees are located in the Sociology collection.
