Scientific Understandings of Sex & Gender
Assignment Description: As a group, you will need to find at least six articles or texts on a particulary study, or six articles on some related studies. You can look in daily newspapers, popular science magazines like Nature and New Scientist or in peer-reviewed science journals. At least three of the articles need to be from peer reviewed scientific journals. Each group will develop an oral presentation from these sources and present to the class.

Biomedical citations and abstracts (MEDLINE and OLDMEDLINE) from the U.S. National Library of Medicine. Primarily, general science and chemistry journals can be found in this database.
Consumer health information from the National Library of Medicine (NLM), the National Institute of Health (NIH), and other health organizations.
Indexes journal articles, books, dissertations and technical reports from the world literature on psychology and related fields.
