Teaching & Learning

The Department of Teaching & Learning is dedicated to:

- supporting the discipline-specific work of librarians through the development and integration of information literacy into the curriculum

- raising awareness about the teaching role of libraries and librarians

- collecting and documenting information literacy data libraries-wide for the purposes of assessment

- creating teaching-related opportunities for outreach to academic and non-academic departments

- leading the integration of technology into information literacy

- designing information literacy initiatives for the General Education Curriculum
