About the collection
Landmarks of Science is a collection of books and journals in microprint. The majority of the information has retrained the original languages including, English, French, German, and Italian. Some authors included in the collection are Euclid, Copernicus, Henri Poincare, Galileo, Rene Descartes and more than 2700 other scientists. An array of scientific fields are represented including: medicine, chemistry, physics, mathematics, botany, zoology, astronomy, and geology, making this an ideal collection for tracing the history of science.

The microprint documents are housed in the Government Information, Microforms & Statistical Services department of the Herman B Wells library at Indiana University (2nd floor, east tower). You can browse the physical collection under the call number: Q111 .L2
