        EndNote, ProCite and Reference Manager

Use EndNote, ProCite or Reference Manager to maintain your database of references and citations and create bibliographies instantly.


  • Bibliographic Software Agreement

    Students, faculty, and staff can get Endnote (Windows and Mac OS X) and Reference Manager (Windows) through IUware Online and the IUware CD thanks to a site-license agreement between the University and Thomson ISI Researchsoft. The agreement does not include ProCite, which had been covered under the previous agreement.

  • How Does the Present Agreement Affect ProCite Users?

    Current users of ProCite may continue to use the software. Library and UITS staff will continue to support the current version, but IU will no longer distribute it. ProCite users are encouraged to consider EndNote as an alternative for their bibliographic management needs.

    ProCite will continue to be available in the Student Technology Clusters. Look for it under Programs/RetiredSoftware.
