"A growing all-inclusive bibliographic spine for 19th-century research. C19 is a one-stop finding tool covering multiple content types, providing records for more than 11 million documents ranging from books and newspapers to government documents and periodicals at the article level."  The database is a collection of ten digital archives, including American and British Periodicals series, House of Commons Parliamentary Papers, Palmer's Index to The Times, and the Wellesley Index to Victorian Periodicals.  Each index can be searched separately, or a comprenesive search of the entire database is also possible.
