International Studies
The International Studies collection at the Indiana University Bloomington Libraries is highly interdisciplinary, and includes resources from all world regions. This collection directly supports the undergraduate International Studies major in the College of Arts and Sciences, and the collection complements international research that is done across the undergraduate and graduate curricula.
The major subject themes of this major are: Culture and the Arts; Global Environment; Global Markets and Governance; Human Rights and Social Movements; International Communication; Nations, States and Boundaries; and Rituals and Beliefs. The International Studies collection is developed in conjunction with a host of Subject and Area Librarians.
The International Studies collection also includes international documents and publications from international governmental organizations (IGOs) and nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) such as the United Nations and the World Bank.
