Help with citing (APA, Chicago, MLA)
You must document the sources of information that you use in papers, speeches, and other projects. The reason for documentation is to credit the author and publisher for their original work and to enable your readers to consult the same sources.
The IUB Libraries and the Campus Writing Program have developed the following guides as a quick reference to citing sources. These guides are based on the APA and MLA manuals. Copies of these manuals are available throughout the libraries on campus. The Chicago Manual of Style is also available in e-book format for IUB affiliated users.
APA (American Psychological Association)
Chicago (Chicago Citation Style)
MLA (Modern Language Association)
