Indiana Plans for Depository Library Services
On August 17, 2001, Franceis J. Buckley, Jr., the Superintendent of Documents, sent a memo to Depository Library Directors providing background information about state plans. The
memo and attachment are provided here in pdf.

Doug Conrads, Serials/Documents Cataloger at the Indiana State Library provided an excellent history of Indiana state plans for documents, IPDLS History(Word Document) or in HTML IPDLS History(HTML).

Indiana’s Latest Plan:  LSTA 5-Year Plan: 2003 – 2007.  Revisions to the LSTA Plan for Indiana, 2003-2007, Recommendations by Indiana State Library Advisory Council on January 21, 2005, Adopted by the Indiana Library and Historical Board on February 11, 2005. Approved by Institute of Museum & Library Services April 5, 2005.
