OneSearch@IU Access for Newly Admitted Students
07/12/2012Welcome, new students! We know that some of you would like to begin doing library research before arriving on campus. Your IUB username and passphrase will give you full privileges to access University resources (including the Libraries’ subscription-based resources such as databases and article indexes) beginning the week before the first day of classes.
To help fill that gap, access to OneSearch@IU is available for
visitors, newly admitted students, and incoming faculty members.
This resource simultaneously searches IUCAT (library catalog), scholarly
article databases, news and popular publications to retrieve a
wide range of materials across subject areas. Please note that,
in order to view some full-text articles from off-campus, an IUB
login may be required. Visitors may access these articles by
visiting the Libraries in person and obtaining a Library
Guest Account.
Visitors (including students who have been admitted but are not
yet attending classes) may access OneSearch@IU via the following
link: http://bit.ly/onesearchguest
IUB students, faculty, and staff may access OneSearch@IU at
