Celebrating Women's History Month

The IUB Libraries are celebrating Women's History Month (March) with displays in the Wells Library Lobby (west side) and in the Government Information, Maps and Microform Services Department (East Tower 2). These displays are also a celebration of the IU Office of Women's Affairs, which turns 40 this year!
The lobby display features a timeline of "firsts" for women at IU, as well as supporting photographs and newspaper clippings from the IU Archives. The display in GIMMS is a map of the US that displays a statistical representation of the impact of Title IX by showing populations of female athletes across all 50 states.
