What if your book is fragile but not on Google?
05/27/2010What if your book is fragile but not on Google?
What if you need one or two pages of an oversize volume?
The Libraries have two PS7000s, one located in the Wells Library,
East Tower 2, where walk-in service is available, and one in the
ALF, where scans of ALF holdings can be made and delivered to
your desktop. The Konica Minolta PS7000 Book Scanners enable us
to make black-and-white scans of fragile and over-size archival
records, artwork, books, large volumes, ledgers, maps, and other
materials with face-up scanning that protects your originals. The
adjustable cradle provides a gentle, stress-free support for
fragile bindings, and automatically compensates for page
curvature at the spine. The PS7000 can accommodate items up to
17” x 23”. At only $0.15/scan, this is a superior
method of protecting your originals!
