Periodicals and Newspapers Relocated in Wells Library
12/22/2008Current periodicals and newspapers are moving to the second floor of the Herman B Wells Library to Government Information and Kent Cooper Services. They will be located near the information/circulation desk.
The materials have long occupied a space on the ground floor called the Kent Cooper Room, named for an Indiana newspaperman who headed the Associated Press. With the move, the name of the room also moves. Records in IUCAT will be changed to reflect the new location of Wells Library—East Tower 2—Kent Cooper Room.
The move will be complete by Monday, January 12.
Media and Reserve Services and newspaper storage will remain in
their present location on the ground floor of the Wells Library.
