Need an answer, and fast?  A new service just launched by the IUB Libraries allows you to chat live online with a librarian.  Get expert help with thorny research questions from home, across campus, or even from one of the 19 campus libraries. This new virtual reference desk is available during specified hours to all IUB students, faculty, and staff.
