IU's Digital Library Program has launched the IU Sheet Music Web site, providing access to metadata and some digital images from two sheet music collections from the Lilly Library.

Users may search or browse records for more than 24,000 pieces in the Sam DeVincent Collection of American Sheet Music and the Starr Sheet Music Collection. Digital images, like the cover at left, are available for about 1,600 of those, with another 1,700 coming soon.

The NEH Challenge Grant Endowment to Indiana University has funded digitization of sheet music for this site since 2003.
