Guide: Tax Information
Tax Information and Forms
Because so few printed tax forms were used last year, the IUB Libraries will not be providing forms or instructions for the 2012 Tax year. If you have questions or need assistance in finding the forms, contact Government Information, Maps, and Microform Services, East Tower 2nd floor of the Wells Library (10th and Jordan) 812-855-6924. You should be able to retrieve and print forms at the following websites.
