    Information to include:



    • Complete bibliographic citation
    • OCLC number
    • Price
    • Shelving location
    • Vendor, if applicable
    • Rush, if applicable
    • Note if title is to be held for a particular individual or if the individual is to be notified (supply name and e-mail address or barcode number)
    • Fund
