Good search strategies:

• Keyword searches for your topic (try synonyms if your initial keywords don't retrieve anything relevant). When you find a relevant item, click on the subject headings that seem closest to your topic to find similar items.
• Advanced Keyword searches using medieval as a subject and/or middle ages as a keyword, plus other keywords that describe your topic.
• If your search retrieves too many results, look for the Limit your Search Results bar on the right side of the screen.
