• Materials charged, renewed, recalled, placed on hold.
• Assistance in finding a book in the stacks.
• Searches placed on materials which cannot be located.
• Assistance with copy machines and public printers.
• Reserve materials charged and discharged; questions regarding reserves answered.
• Questions about bills and fines answered.
• General information questions answered.
• Referral to Reference Staff for reference inquiries.
