- GuideStar, a national database of U.S. nonprofit organizations. Gathers and distributes data on more than 850,000 IRS-recognized nonprofits. We do not subscribe to this site, but much information is available freely. To access the 990 tax form, register with the site (its free).
- Hoovers Online - about - help
- International. Public and Private Companies. Search by company name or ticker. Profile will include address and phone, overview, financial data, key people, SIC and NAICS codes, competitors, and rankings.
- LexisNexis Academic - about - help
- International. Public and Private Companies. Select "Companies" from the left of the page, then "Company Dossier". Search by company name or ticker. Snapshot will include address and phone number, recent stock activity, NAICS and SIC codes, financials, executives, current news, bond ratings and competitor list.
- MarketLine Advantage - about
- (Previously Datamonitor) Public and Private Companies. Search by company name. Report will include SWOT analysis, key executives and biographies, latest news, competitors list, rankings and financial deals.
- Mergent Online - about - help
- International. Public and Private Companies. Profile will include address and phone number, number of employees, SIC and NAICS codes, financial highlights, executives, and recent stock data.

- Public and Private European Companies only. Can search by geoography, industry codes, size criteria, financial data and more. Select desired criteria from the "Expert Search" list of variables. Click on "OK" on bottom right when finished. To view the list and export a report, click on the "List" tab at the top of the page.
- Dun & Bradstreet's Million Dollar Database - about - help
- Directory of businesses in the U.S., Canada, & Mexico regardless of size, plus international businesses with $500,000+ sales or 20+ employees. Can search by geography, industry codes, size criteria and more. Click on "Advanced Search". Select desired field name and enter your criteria. Then hit "Add to Criteria" button. Continue adding all desired criteria, then click on "Run Search". Various output options.
