Interlibrary Loan (ILL) request form:  Use this form to request a book from another library, if the IUB Libraries do not own it.

Recall request form:  Use this form to recall a book for your use if the book that you want is checked out.

Reserve request form:  Instructors may print this form and bring it to the Education Library along with their reserve materials.

Recommend a purchase form: Use this form to make a request for the Education Library to purchase a book.

Rush cataloging request form: Use this form to make a request for a book on order to be cataloged for your use.

Renew items: Renew your library materials.

Educational access request form: Use this form to make a request for access to library subscription electronic resources on another campus when you are enrolled in a course on another IU campus.
