Getting started:
Academic Search Premier is an excellent place to start research. It is an enormous, multidisciplinary database. About 75% of the articles in this database are full-text. For those that aren't an IULink button is provided to direct you to the location of the article.
Genderwatch and Gender Studies databases are both full-text databases of magazine and journal articles about issues that affect women's lives around the world.
Sociological Abstracts provides citations to journal articles, book chapters, conference proceedings and dissertations in sociology and related disciplines in the social and behavioral sciences.
Getting help:
There are many more resources and services for researchers available from the IU Libraries. For assistance with with your research, contact Carrie Donovan, librarian for Gender Studies.
