To find a journal's impact factor use JCR (Journal Citation Reports). The Science [and the Social Science Edition] is available here:

Choose either the JCR Science Edition or JCR Social Science Edition on the left-hand side of the box.   Then select the year from the display menu, and select search for a specific journal. Finally, enter the journal title (full, abbreviated, title word, or ISSN) and hit search. Once you get the result, you may obtain further information (detailed analysis, explanations) by clicking the title of the journal.
