Provides in-depth coverage of business and management issues (includes over 2,000 titles fulltext).
Business Source Premier
Regional, national and international business, financial, banking and industry publications (includes over 700 titles fulltext). 
HeinOnline 
Database of law journals. Use AND (yes, in caps) in between your search words.  And then use the options on the left to narrow the search.
JSTOR 
Provides searchable full-text of historical runs of important scholarly journals in the humanities, arts, sciences, ecology, and business. 
LexisNexis Academic 
Organized into 5 categories, LexisNexis includes articles from international newspapers, magazines, transcripts, legal research and medical journals.  
Psychinfo 
Indexes journal articles, books, dissertations and technical reports from the world literature on psychology and related fields.

BNA.  In the Business/SPEA Information Commons at HD 8008 .A1 B95.  This is a weekly newsletter that provides coverage of the latest developments in employee relations at federal, state, and local levels.

A professional association.  Publishers of HR magazine.
Bureau of Labor Statistics
U.S. Government Web site.  Information is provided on benefits, compensation, workplace injuries, etc. The Monthly Labor Review is available here, under the publications tab.
U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission
The agency of the United States Government that enforces the federal employment discrimination laws. Information about discrimination on the basis of age, sex, race, religion. Either the Publications or Statistics sections might be useful (look under "About EEOC".

Citing Resources in a Bibliography:
No matter where your information comes from, you always need to cite your sources.
APA, Chicago, and MLA are the most frequently used documentation styles. There are more in-depth citation manuals available online here: Purdue OWL.
