PLANNING ISSUE BRIEF:

The V450 planning issue brief asks you to conduct research to address the following areas: background material, policy description, and policy options. In addition, you will need to locate data/statistics and supporting evidence for your argument. Below is a select list of resources that can be used to research each area.
