The American Folklife Center
     Governmental site from the American Folklife Center that holds the Library of
     Congress's Archive of Folk Culture, a repository for American folk music. The
     website includes full texts of publications; digital presentations of collections; links
     to other resources in ethnographic studies; the Folkline information service, 
     and Folklife Sourcebook: A Directory of Folklife Resources in the United States.

American Folklore Society
     Not-for-profit organization providing folklore research information including
     membership info., publications, upcoming events, conferences, jobs, internships,
     graduate and other degree programs, and related site links.

Baltic Institute of Folklore
     Academic research site run by The Baltic Institute of Folklore (BIF), founded by
     the academic folkloristic institutions of the three Baltic states - Estonia, Latvia,
     Lithuania in 1995. BIF coordinates folklore studies and research. BIF exchanges
     information about the current institutions, folklorists, conferences, fieldworks,
     workshops, publications and folklore material.

Folkloristics - Department of Cultural Studies, University of Turku
     Academic site from Finland with links to electronic journals; those with full text
     online include: Elektroloristi (in Finnish); De Proverbio, and Oral Formulaic
     Theory and Research
(a searchable online bibliography). There are also links to
     publication tables of contents and abstracts from journals and articles.
