Vault Interior - Looking East

Here is a view looking out and up through the easternmost section of the vault addition.   The roof decking is nearly in place.  The support posts for the walls will be removed as soon as the docking and roof is nominally in place.

This view is from inside the soon-to-be-heated enclosed space in the western vault section, looking out into the eastern section and into the nearby neighborhood.

This view of the eastern section of the new vault shows a pre-roofed look at a section of the vault that is expected to hold as many as 2.8 million books.
