America's Most Livable Cities
Ranking based on economic growth, city center, neighborhoods, housing, leadership, environment, finance, and other criteria.  Large, mid-sized, and small cities are ranked, as are regions.

CNN/Money's Best Places to Live

Along with an emphasis on solid schools, low crime and job growth (according to U.S. Census and demographic data), this survey also looks for areas that have avoided urban sprawl and overcrowding, and where city fathers have put a premium on green space, culture, and having an accessible city center.
