Nordic Africa Institute
A number of monographs, policy papers, political studies, and development papers are available through this website from the Nordiska Afrikainstitutet in Sweden. Many are available in PDF format.


Southern African Regional Universities Association (SARUA)

Created in 2007, SARUA publishes a variety of reports, surveys, and other research on higher education in Southern Africa. The SARUA membership covers 15 countries, reaching as far north as the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Tanzania, and includes Madagascar and Mauritius. Also on the website is the SARUA Handbook on Southern African Universities.

USAID's Development Experience Clearinghouse (DEC)
This website provides a collection of publications by the US Agency for International Development. Topics are wide-ranging, but nearly always have a development-oriented perspective.
