The Indiana University Bloomington Libraries support the study of the history and philosophy of science with a large, diverse and historically rich collection of books, journals, microforms and electronic resources. In addition to the general collection shelved in the Wells Library, The Office of Archives and Records Management (University Archives), the Lilly Library, and the Science Libraries hold materials relating to 20th-century science, reflecting Indiana University's role in that history. The Lilly Library also holds an outstanding collection of rare books relating to early science and the history of medicine.
