Works In Progress: Beta Services

We're experimenting with tools to help you find, get, keep, and re-use the information you need.  Explore some of the things we've been working on! From time to time we may also point you to useful externally-developed tools that we think you might find interesting.

The tools on this page are in "beta" and may not behave the same on all systems.  Please try them out and let us know what you think. Please send your likes, dislikes, suggestions and ideas:  Comments

Hot Off the Press: New Titles List

Back by popular demand, we bring you: the new titles list! Generate a list of new titles by campus, library, subject, location - or all of the above. We've made it available as an RSS feed and as an XML feed so feel free to incorporate it into your day-to-day in whatever way you find most convenient. Find the list at http://www.libraries.iub.edu/newtitles. We'd love to hear your suggestions.

IU Libraries Mobile

Did you know that the IU Libraries have a mobile site? Access it directly at http://libraries.iub.edu/m/ You can renew, request, text a librarian, IM a librarian, find hours and locations, read about Libraries news and events, get directions and more ... from anywhere that you are. And, psst - if you visit our full site from a smartphone, you can choose to visit the mobile-optimized site using a handy link that will appear in the banner on the top left. Keep your eyes peeled for changes on the horizon! In the meantime, tell us: what would you find useful on the Libraries mobile site? How can we serve you best?
